We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging and invoice/order details should be available.
• Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return.
• Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was damaged or sent incorrectly.

Refund

After the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

Exchange

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement, subject to availability.
